- Lead Hand
- Duties involved General Construction related to commercial and residential properties,
- mainly focused on indoor renovations related to commercial and residential fixups.
- A suitable candidate would be able to function as a lead hand overseeing a small crew and carrying out construction duties on their own and working with others.
- Experience with steel stud framing, acoustic-bar ceiling, drywall and carpentry would be an asset.
- The ability to read and follow construction plans is required.
- A suitable candidate would have a valid drivers license and suitable transportation for construction work (truck allowance in addition to salary per annum) plus reimbursement for fuel and cell phone.
- Follow and enforce safety protocols.
- Properties are located in Owen Sound.
